Pam Grimm - Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, Pre/Post Natal Fitness Trainer & Spin Instructor.
Pam is ready to help you achieve your individual fitness goals! She enjoys teaching group fitness classes and providing one on one training to all fitness levels! Pam offers a Post-natal fitness class welcoming new moms and their babies as well as individual and small group training sessions for pregnant women and new mothers.
