• Weights for Women: This class is designed for women who want to introduce weight training into their fitness regime or take their strength training to the next level.
• Concrete Core: Learn all of the fundamentals of your core. Create a solid base for all of your fitness goals. Strength starts at the core!
• Energy MAX: A great combination of strength and cardio conditioning through a range of training techniques!
